All orders ship via DHL Tracked Delivery Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 1pm GMT will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please note: due to COVID-19 precautions, packages may take longer than expected to process. Your Estimated Delivery Date may be updated based on new information and data from your country. In addition to delays, select countries have suspended shipping. Our partners at DHL are updating in real time and we will provide more information as it becomes available to us.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.
Orders are not shipped with signature required unless this shipping method is selected at checkout. Leblon London Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required to confirmed correct delivery address.

Returns Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
