All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 1pm GMT will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Rest of World Shipping: £25
For the Rest of World all orders ship via DHL Tracked Delivery, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 7 to 10 days. Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase if different.
Please note: due to COVID-19 precautions, packages may take longer than expected to process. Your Estimated Delivery Date may be updated based on new information and data from your country. In addition to delays, select countries have suspended shipping. Our partners at DHL are updating in real time and we will provide more information as it becomes available to us.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.
Orders are not shipped with signature required unless this shipping method is selected at checkout. Leblon London Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required to confirmed correct delivery address.

Returns Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
