Each beautiful Jumpsuit is made to order in our London studio, by one of our talented seamstresses. So you are buying a special hand made piece to cherish and wear forever.
We start working on all made to order pieces within 48 hours of your order, and aim to deliver within one to two weeks. If you have specific sizing questions or requests, please email. As with all our pieces, you will have free and fast delivery in the UK direct from our design studio.

FREE Domestic Shipping – UK & Ireland
All orders ship via DHL Tracked Delivery Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 1pm GMT will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship.

Rest of Europe Shipping: £16
For the Rest of Europe all orders ship via DHL Tracked Delivery, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 days. Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase if different.
Rest of World Shipping: £25
For the Rest of World all orders ship via DHL Tracked Delivery, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 7 to 10 days. Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, fees, levies or other charges which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, or the recipient of the purchase if different.
Please note: due to COVID-19 precautions, packages may take longer than expected to process. Your Estimated Delivery Date may be updated based on new information and data from your country. In addition to delays, select countries have suspended shipping. Our partners at DHL are updating in real time and we will provide more information as it becomes available to us.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.
Orders are not shipped with signature required unless this shipping method is selected at checkout. Leblon London Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required to confirmed correct delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Leblon London in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
